Leigh is a partner in the Global Regulatory Enforcement (GRE) group based in London and Washington D.C., and a member of the firm’s executive committee.
She has significant experience representing multi-national corporations in a wide range of industries, including financial services, defense and aerospace, shipping and maritime, education, manufacturing, life sciences, and energy and natural resources. She counsels clients in the legal regimes that govern international trade including the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), as well as European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK) regulatory authorities.
