Arif Doğuhan Erkin is a legal trainee graduated from MEF University Faculty of Law. He participated in several Moot Court Competitions as well as Article Contests and he was a president in several student clubs throughout his tenure at MEF University. He works in the Intellectual Property and Media Law Department as well as Corporate Law Department. Assisting in the legal documentation and projects, he develops comprehensive and effective solutions at every stage of the legal process.
His areas of practice include intellectual property law, media law and corporate law.
In intellectual property law, he is assisting associates in trademark, patent and design registration procedures as well as copyright matters. In registration processes, he assists associates and clients with the preparation of trademark, patent and design registration applications, and manages the registration procedures. He assists associates in protecting clients’ rights by developing fruitful strategies in matters such as trademark violations, patent breaches, unfair competition, and copyright infringement.
In corporate law department, he provides assistance to associates in company formations, general assembly procedures, share transfers, and structuring of corporate entities.
