Elif focuses on corporate and commercial law, taking part in project teams during the due diligence and agreement drafting phases of corporate transactions like mergers and acquisitions.
She assists clients in preparing, negotiating, and revising corporate documents and a range of commercial agreements.
Elif also helps clients with a range of day-to-day corporate governance issues, such as running general assemblies and preparing board of director’s resolutions and company incorporations.
She works in the preparation of legal memoranda for clients, supporting them to understand and navigate Turkish corporate and regulatory compliance issues, obligations, or restrictions.
Elif provides support to local and multinational companies in different sectors, primarily industrial and manufacturing, retail and consumer products.
