İrem Gül graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2023 and began her professional career in 2024 as a registered member of the Istanbul Bar Association.
Having completed her internship within our firm, İrem gained experience in various fields of law, particularly in processes related to intellectual property law.
İrem specializes in trademark law and develops comprehensive strategies for the protection of the clients’ well-known trademarks. She actively manages legal procedures, including the handling of opposition proceedings, gathering evidence for proof of use, and preparing consent letters and coexistence agreements. Additionally, she plays an active role in conducting settlement negotiations and supporting the clients in resolving disputes prior to litigation.
In the context of intellectual property rights protection, İrem works on matters before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and provides legal assistance to the clients in patent litigation processes.
İrem offers legal services to prominent domestic and international companies, particularly in the fashion, tourism, media, and entertainment sectors.
