Muazzez is an attorney at law and trademark & patent attorney with in-depth experience in patent, trademark, design and unfair competition litigation and counseling. Muazzez has been involved in numerous patent, trademark, and design disputes. She represented leading companies in patent disputes in relation to life sciences, chemicals, and mechanics.

Her main focus is enforcement of patent rights and has a deep understanding on the technology in subject. She takes lead of the patent enforcement team and takes care of matters in depth working hand in hand with patent attorneys. Muazzez has been selected as “The World’s Leading Patent Professional” by IAM Patent 1000.

• Represents leading companies in building up IP awareness in the market based on patent rights in order to decrease the counterfeiting activities
• Setting up anti-counterfeiting programs for luxury brands
• Represented leading companies in life sciences, chemicals and automotive sector in patent disputes

• Obtained preliminary injunction orders for seizure of infringing activities against patent rights
• Represents and builds up strategies for right holders focusing on out of court solutions as well as preparatory court actions
• Represented a leading electronics company in a patent licensing project in order to license the whole market related to the patented invention
