Oya is one of the few European Patent Attorneys who has passed the European Qualifying Examination (EQE) as a Turkish professional. She has worked in the pharmaceutical industry as an in-house patent attorney for more than 10 years. She is specialized in patent litigation namely, infringement, invalidity actions, and actions for declaration of non-infringements.
Oya has also in-depth experience in patent oppositions and freedom to operate. She is appointed as a Court expert for patent disputes occasionally before the Turkish IP Courts. She has been selected as Leading Expert in the Patent Strategy category by LMG Lifesciences. She has been also selected as “The World’s Leading Patent Professional” by IAM Patent 1000.
