Özlem Ege Polat, the Founding Partner of EGE, brings extensive experience in Energy and Corporate Law to the firm. Her expertise is centered on advising international and national energy companies and investors, particularly regarding energy regulatory matters. This encompasses drafting and negotiating necessary legal documents, energy trading agreements, managing licensing procedures, and representing clients before courts and regulatory bodies. She advises clients operating in different sectors in the fields of Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law and Commercial Law at every stage of the transactions.
Özlem graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University in 2007 and obtained her LLM degree from University of Cologne in 2011.
