Sertaç Coşgun is a senior associate in the Banking & Finance and Project Finance practice groups of Hergüner Bilgen Üçer. Mr. Coşgun practices all aspects of banking law including Islamic finance, corporate finance, asset finance, project finance and acquisition finance.
Mr. Coşgun has experience in all types of banking and finance matters, including advising on issues concerning the establishment of bank representative offices in Türkiye, bond issuances, trade finance transactions and other compliance with the Banking and Finance Regulations. His expertise lies in his understanding transaction structures and the priorities and specific restrictions that each type of lender or a borrowing party is subject to.
