1 Mayıs 2025 tarihli ve 32887 sayılı Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanan Cumhurbaşkanı Kararı ile 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu kapsamında bağımsız denetime tabi olacak şirketlerin 1 Ocak 2025 ve sonrasında başlayan hesap dönemlerinde denetime tabi olma durumlarının belirlenmesinde esas alınacak eşikler güncellenmiştir.
