Aslı Rabia Savaş has been practicing law in various legal areas, mainly in the protection of personal data, corporate law, commercial law, contracts law, and project finance.


Aslı has worked in leading law firms of Turkey, most recently resuming her career at Yazicioglu Legal.


Aslı Rabia Savaş obtained her LL.B. degree from Ankara University and her LL.M. degree on European and International Law with a Data Law focus from Vrije Universiteit Brussel as a Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme awardee. She authored her dissertation on “The Right to be Forgotten: An Analysis from the Perspectives of Turkish and European Courts” (2020).


She obtained her Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) certificate issued by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) in February 2022.
