Elif Başar Özgen specializes in information technology, media, and entertainment sectors. She is particularly focused on projects that ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Özgen provides comprehensive consultancy services to both domestic and international clients in various domains, including e-commerce, information technology, cybersecurity, digital forensics, intellectual and industrial property, copyright, patents, designs, domain names, and brand reputation management.
She holds an undergraduate degree from the Faculty of Law at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Private Law at the Institute of Social Sciences at the same University.
