Mustafa Murat Gülgün specializes in legal services in the IT and defense industry sectors. Mr. Gülgün holds an MBA degree from Sakarya University and an undergraduate degree from Atılım University Faculty of Law. He also completed the undergraduate program in Systems Engineering at the Military Academy.
