Serdar Şahin
Serdar Şahin joined ASC Law in 2021. Previously, for nearly 12 years, he worked at the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency as a banking auditor. Serdar is a member of the firm’s Consultancy Team, under which the firm’s Banking and Finance, Commercial, Corporate, Debt Restructuring, M&A and Capital Markets, and Project Finance practices are found.
Serdar primarily provides consulting services in the fields of corporate, M&A and capital markets law, and works on matters involving project finance, derivatives, banking regulations and other banking and finance instructions.
