Fulya Sert Topçu has been promoted from Senior Associate to Partner at Aksu Çalışkan Beygo Attorney Partnership (ASC Law), founded in 2001, a full-service Turkish law firm that provides legal services to domestic and international clients across various sectors, including finance, energy, telecommunications, and real estate.

This recent appointment marks a significant milestone in Fulya Sert Topçu's legal career and reflects her outstanding contributions and expertise in the field of banking & finance, financial restructuring, syndicated-debt financings, acquisition finance, project finance & infrastructure investments, energy & natural resources.

Fulya Sert Topçu's journey at ASC Law started in August 2011 as a Summer Intern, where she showcased exceptional dedication and legal acumen. Throughout the years, she demonstrated her commitment to excellence and continuously honed her skills in banking & finance and other strategic financings spanning a number of industries and business sectors. Her dedication and proficiency led her to positions of increasing responsibility within the firm.

In February 2019, Fulya Sert Topçu was appointed as a Senior Associate, where she played a crucial role in handling complex financial restructuring, syndicated-debt financings matters and providing legal advice to a diverse range of clients. Her in-depth legal research and keen eye for detail made her an invaluable asset to the firm.

Now, after more than a decade of exceptional service at ASC Law, Fulya Sert Topçu's remarkable achievements have culminated in her promotion to Partner in July 2023.
