Can Artuz, as an accomplished legal and compliance professional, has a track record of providing comprehensive legal consultancy to global companies across various industries, including life sciences, energy, insurance, direct selling, and nutrition. He has played a key role in drafting legislations before regulatory authorities, conducted numerous internal investigations and compliance projects, and represented clients in significant legal disputes at various court levels.
With extensive experience in commercial law, labor law, energy law, and consumer law, Can has provided regulatory advice to multinational clients and assisted them with a wide range of legal matters, including contract negotiation, compliance activities, and product liability issues. His expertise also encompasses government relations and managing administrative affairs.
Can Artuz's previous experience include positions at prominent organizations such as Ford Otosan, and Bozoğlu İzgi Attorney Partnership. With a Bachelor of Laws from Bilkent University and a Master of Laws in Business Law from Istanbul Bilgi University, Can brings a strong educational foundation to his role as Legal Counsel at ENERCON.
