About The Job
Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Senior Lawyer" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together! As Lawyer, you will report to the Legal Affairs Manager of Danone Turkey and be responsible for the following job description.
In this role you will;
- Day to day in-house legal support and consultancy to various business units.
- Providing support on litigation matters, liaise with external counsels.
- Review, negotiate and draft all kinds of contracts.
- Advice HR Department on labor law related matters.
About you
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;
- Graduated from law school, admitted to Bar,
- Minimum 5 years of experience within legal firms or in-house legal teams,
- Experience mainly on labor law, contract law and litigation; plus experience on sales/purchasing contracts and competition law is an asset,
- Fluent in English,
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills,
- Excellent level of MS Office,
- Self-disciplined,
- Strong team player,
- Researcher and systematic,
- Positive approach, on time reporting and effectiveness as well as ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines,
