Soley Güzel has been promoted to Head of Legal at Roche Diagnostic APAC. She was previously the Head of Legal & Sustainability at Roche Pharma Turkey. And Dicle Gündoğdu has rejoined Roche Pharma Turkey as the new Head of Legal & Sustainability. She was previously the Head of Ethics & Business Integrity at Sanofi.

With this new role, Soley will be overseeing legal operations for the Asia-Pacific region, bringing her wealth of experience to one of the world's leading healthcare companies. Soley previously held the role of Legal & Sustainability Chapter Head at Roche for nearly six years. Her dedication and expertise have led to this well-deserved advancement in her career.

In her tenure at Roche, Soley has made significant contributions, particularly in the field of sustainability. Her leadership and legal acumen have been instrumental in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and ensuring legal compliance for Roche Pharma Turkey. She has also played an essential role in Roche's commitment to sustainability, aligning legal operations with global environmental and social responsibilities.

Prior to her role at Roche, Soley served as Head of Legal and Compliance at Siemens Healthineers, where she also held the position of Data Privacy Officer. Soley's vast experience in the corporate world and her dedication to the legal profession make her an invaluable asset to Roche Diagnostic APAC.

In a parallel move, Dicle Gündoğdu has taken on a new role as the Head of Legal & Sustainability at Roche Pharma Turkey. Dicle's return to Roche Pharma Turkey marks an exciting transition in her career. She had previously served as the Legal & Compliance Manager at Roche Pharma Turkey before her tenure as the Head of Ethics and Business Integrity at Sanofi.

Dicle brings a wealth of experience in legal and compliance matters, having spent six years at Roche Pharma Turkey in various roles. Her expertise extends to areas such as ethics, business integrity, and compliance. Dicle's legal career began at Selçuk Attorneys at Law, where she served as an Associate for nearly three years.

Furthermore, Dicle holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Commercial Law from City, University of London, which enriches her legal knowledge and positions her as a capable leader in her new role.
