Esin Attorney Partnership welcomes Simon Morgan

On November 21, 2022 Esin Attorney Partnership announced that Simon Morgan has joined Esin's Banking and Finance team. With experience in London and Moscow, Simon will play a key role in Esin's Banking & Finance team of 14 lawyers.

Simon specializes in financial restructuring, acquisition finance, project finance, syndications, structured finance, securitization, trade finance, loans and credit facilities, asset finance and distressed asset situations, as well as M&A and private equity.

Simon graduated from Aberystwyth University in 1985 with a BA honours degree in history. In the same year, Simon joined the HSBC graduate trainee banking scheme in the City of London and worked with HSBC until 1988. From 1988 to 1990 Simon attended law school in London and York. After successfully completing his legal studies, Simon joined the trainee solicitor program at Clifford Chance in London. In 1992, Simon qualified as a solicitor at Clifford Chance. While at Clifford Chance, Simon was seconded to its Moscow office from 1997 to 1999. Simon joined White & Case Moscow as a partner in 2008. In 2012, Simon was invited to join Baker McKenzie in Moscow as partner.

Simon is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales.
