About the Job

Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Lawyer" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together! As Lawyer, you will report to the Legal Affairs Manager of Danone Turkey and be responsible for the following job description.

In this role you will;

• Day to day in-house legal support to various business units,
• Follow-up new regulations/amendments and prepare trainings for the business units,
• Providing consultancy mainly on trademark portfolio, IP related matters, e-commerce and other legal areas where necessary,
• Providing support on IP portfolio management, litigation matters, liaise with external counsels,
• Review, negotiate and draft all kinds of contracts.

About you

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;

• Graduated from law school, admitted to Bar,
• Minimum 3 years of experience at legal firms or in-house legal teams,
• Experience on intellectual property law, e-commerce, contract law and litigation.
• Knowledge on commercial advertisement regulation and consumer goods sector is a plus,
• Fluent in English,
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills,
• Excellent level of MS Office.; especially PowerPoint, Words,
• Self-disciplined,
• Strong team player,
• Researcher and systematic,
• Positive approach, on time reporting and effectiveness as well as ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
