As a law firm that provides legal consultancy and advocacy services to local and foreign clients in various legal fields, with a focus on Corporate and Commercial Law, Energy Law and Competition Law, SAYIN Law & Consulting is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced enforcement lawyer to join the team.
General Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in enforcement law
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and a solution-oriented approach
- Excellent teamwork and time management skills
- High business follow-up and organization skills
- Exceptional communication and representation skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Experience in the execution of follow-up processes of corporate companies or a willingness to develop in this field
- Flexible working hours
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Following up and reporting on litigation and execution files for which they are responsible
- Providing legal counseling to clients
- Keeping up-to-date with current legislation and Supreme Court decisions
- Supporting preliminary preparation and follow-up works related to enforcement proceedings and lawsuits
- Managing the execution process from the follow-up stage to the sale stage, guiding teammates in the process
- Attending hearings
