The Work You'll Do

The Legal Specialist position is primarily responsible for drafting, reviewing and processing client contracts and related documentation in support of Sovos’ sales, as well as assisting in various Turkey focused corporate legal matters.

More Specifically, You Will

• Drive contract drafting and processing responsibilities.
• Assist with various corporate and entity governance matters.
• Research and analyze applicable law sources.
• Prepare customer contracts, legal documents, and corporate filings and registrations.
• Maintain document files.
• Administrative support to legal team.
• Maintain and develop training materials and execute training to sales department.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Acts with integrity and demonstrates ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders.
• Takes full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrates initiative, drive and determination to achieve results, success and growth.

What We Need From You

• College degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in contract drafting required.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications.
• English, advanced preferred. Will have to interact with non-Turkish speakers.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, time management, decision-making, organizational, andproblem-solving skills.
• Customer service oriented and a flexible team player with high energy.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels and departments within the company.
• Essential Job Functions: Interact effectively with teammates, colleagues and customers.
• Comprehend and communicate complex concepts
• Concentrate, analyze and resolve complex problems
• Utilize technology (e.g., phone systems, computer hardware and software applications) to fulfill work requirements
