Zeynep is a legal professional with an impressive career spanning over 15 years. She commenced her professional journey as a trainee lawyer in 2008 at a reputable international law firm in Istanbul. Throughout her career, Zeynep has honed her expertise in various areas, including commercial and corporate law, e-commerce law, anti-corruption law, employment law, litigation, data privacy law, compliance, and real estate law.

Zeynep possesses extensive knowledge in commercial and corporate law, specializing in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and employment contracts, as well as corporate governance policies encompassing human resources, remuneration, social benefits, and information security. She has also excelled in litigation, representing clients in conflicts before commercial, consumer, labor, and administrative courts. Notably, Zeynep has gained significant experience in employment law, representing leading companies in complex cases, including mass layoffs.

Prior to joining CBC Law, Zeynep worked in London, UK, for five years as a contract attorney at prestigious law firms. During her time in the UK, she contributed to large-scale commercial projects involving compliance matters, anti-corruption and anti-bribery investigations, commercial litigation, arbitration, and more. Zeynep underwent comprehensive training on GDPR and data protection, anti-money laundering and bribery, comparative antitrust law, EU competition law, and business ethics policies and procedures.

Currently, Zeynep advises clients on corporate, employment, data protection law, and regulatory and compliance matters. She actively assists multinational clients in corporate restructurings and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) investment regulation matters.
