Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Kurumu, 13 Ekim 2023 tarihinde kabul edilen 5651 sayılı İnternet Ortamında Yapılan Yayınların Düzenlenmesi ve Bu Yayınlar Yoluyla İşlenen Suçlarla Mücadele Edilmesi Hakkında Kanun’da yapılan değişikliklere ilişkin olarak Sosyal Ağ Sağlayıcı Usul ve Esaslar’ını kabul ettiği 28 Mart 2023 tarihli ve 2023/DK-İD/119 sayılı kararını, 1 Nisan 2023 tarihli 32150 sayılı Resmi Gazete’de yayımladı
