Hande Afşaroğlu completed her secondary education at Kadıköy Anadolu Lisesi ve Maarif Koleji, and her undergraduate studies at Yeditepe University Law Faculty. She has been registered with the Istanbul Bar Association since 2021.
She assists clients with their day-to-day competition and regulatory compliance matters, while also advising on antitrust and competition law matters. This includes overseeing cartel investigations, handling cases involving the abuse of dominance, managing M&A filings, negative clearance/individual exemption applications and compliance programmes. She also advises in judicial review proceedings filed against the decisions of the Turkish Competition Authority as well as conducts follow-on competition litigation.
She provides advice to a wide range of industries namely, cement, FMCG, e-commerce, workforce, banking, automotive, white meat, and consumer electronics.
