As the head of the Employment practice at Esin Attorney Partnership, Elif Nur Çakır Vurgun possesses over 10 years of extensive experience in advising both local and multinational clients. She specializes in employment, social security, and immigration law, providing valuable guidance on a wide range of issues. Her areas of expertise include employment law advisory matters, preparation of employment agreements and company policies, performance and disciplinary issues, executive terminations, collective terminations, company restructurings, redundancies, employee compensation and benefits, work and residence permit applications, visa requirements, and union relations.
