Süleyman BOŞÇA is the founder and managing partner of BOSCA Law. Süleyman BOŞÇA, with over 20 years of experience, provides legal services to numerous international and local companies in the fields of energy law, commercial and corporate law, international trade law, and finance contracts. Valuing the sharing of knowledge and experience highly, Süleyman BOŞÇA, shares its expertise in the field of energy law through trainings offered to fellow lawyers. Süleyman BOŞÇA has also played a leading role in establishing the Energy Law Research Institute and the Energy Disputes Arbitration Center.
Süleyman BOŞÇA graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2001 and was registered with the Ankara Bar Association in 2002. He completed his Master's Degree in Private Law at Ankara University Faculty of Law and is currently continuing his doctoral studies at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University Faculty of Law on the thesis topic of "Energy Performance Contracts". He successfully completed the Energy Law Certificate Program organized by the Banking and Commercial Law Research Institute in 2005.
