NSN Law Firm is looking for Legal Interns to join its Commercial and Corporate Law department. The candidates are expected to work in Commercial and Corporate Law.
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of basic legal concepts
- A degree from a reputable law school
- Strong interest in Commercial and Corporate Law
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- High level of motivation and eagerness to learn
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal issues using various legal sources
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
- Responsible team member
Responsibilites
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing information notes and legal articles
- Drafting legal opinions in both Turkish and English
- Drafting petitions and other court documents
- Translating legal documents
- Drafting and reviewing corporate documents (e.g. board resolutions, general assembly minutes, articles of association, etc.)
- Supporting contract reviews
- Assisting with day-to-day legal operations of the department
