Associate Ecem Nur Aksoy specialises in the fields of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments and commercial transactions in sectors such as insurance, banking, technology. She has extensive experience in conducting due diligence exercises, reviewing and drafting contracts, and providing legal assistance to companies on their daily operations. She is also a member of the Competition and Data Privacy teams and regularly advises multinational companies in the context of their investments in Turkey and their compliance with the Turkish competition and data privacy laws.

Admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2022, she graduated from the Law School of University of Strasbourg (France), did an Erasmus exchange study in University of Leicester (United Kingdom), completed a Master 1 Degree in International Business Law from University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France) and holds an equivalency degree from University of Galatasaray.
