Çağrı Cem is one of the founding partners of the firm. Before launching the firm, he acted as chief legal counsel to one of the largest conglomerates in Turkey for more than 10 years, with particular focus on major infrastructure/ construction projects, arbitration, cross border transactions, mergers and acquisitions and energy deals.
Çağrı currently focuses his practice on infrastructure/ construction, M&A and dispute resolution, and advising domestic and foreign investors in their transactions in Turkey and abroad. He has vast experience in both the contract and claim management under major infrastructure projects and extensively advises clients in the pursual of their claims under the construction contracts efficiently. Çağrı also represents strategic buyers and sellers as well as private equities in the acquisition or sale of private or public targets. Having acted in a number of international arbitration processes as counsel to his clients as well as in vast amount of commercial litigation, he regularly advises clients both in the strategy improvement/ pre-arbitral phase and during the course of arbitration/ litigation.
Çağrı currently pursues his Ph.D. thesis studies at Marmara University Private Law. Besides his professional work, he has been continuously assisting the law faculty students/ next generation lawyers in their work under several moot court organizations since 2011.
