Kübra practised as a legal counsel on various subjects of private law such as data protection law, contracts law, trademark law, construction law for national and international clients and represented her clients before courts and administrative organisations during her career of over 10 years.
She maintains her works at Data Protection Commission and Artificial Intelligence Study Group under IT Law Commission of Istanbul Bar Association, and she also works as general coordinator of KOIOS Data Protection Study Group.
Kübra joined Yazicioglu Legal as a Senior Associate in 2021 and she works on data protection, technology/media/telecom and commercial contracts.
Kübra İslamoğlu Bayer, LL.M., obtained her LL.B. degree at Marmara University Faculty of Law (2009) and B.A. degree in the Faculty of Economic and Political Sciences (2014). She obtained her LL.M. degree ranking first in class on Economy Law with her project on "Assessment of Processing of Personal Data obtained by Viewing Inspection carried out by Competition Authority regarding the Personal Data Protection Law nr. 6698". She has been a full scholarship master student since 2021 in Kadir Has University Department of Private Law.
