THE CANDIDATE
SRP-Legal is seeking a talented lawyer with a minimum of 10 years of law firm or GC experience to join its dynamic team of dedicated legal professionals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with and advising corporate clients directly on a wide variety of subjects, as well as the ability to provide entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice related to the client's legal needs,
- Handling complex legal transactions in a fast-moving environment,
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across client teams on complex deals,
- Advising especially on the core practice areas of SRP-Legal, especially on Data Protection, Competition and Technology Law related areas is a must,
- Advising on a broad range of legal matters and on sector-specific requirements for transactional works
- Managing client relationships
REQUIRED SKILLS
- LL.B., and LL.M degrees in law from reputable universities (CIPP certification is an asset)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a reputable law firm or in a company
- Knowledge of and experience in at least 4 of the subjects; data protection/privacy law, technology law, fintech law, communications law, competition law
- Excellent command of both Turkish and English languages
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently and manage different matters at the same time.
- Strong passion to manage team and complex legal work in a diverse and multifunctional working environment.
