Binnur is a managing senior associate at SSI, where she provides legal services to national and multinational clients in the energy, construction, corporate, and commercial law fields. She has nearly 10 years of experience in the legal industry, with a focus on providing legal consultancy to clients in various positions, including employers, contractors, and investors, from a broad spectrum of industries.

 

Binnur began her career as a legal counsel at a major law firm in Istanbul, where she gained a solid foundation in legal counselling. She then moved on to work as an in-house counsel for one of the biggest Turkish holding companies, where she participated in a number of landmark M&A and energy projects. In this role, she developed her expertise in commercial law and employment law. In addition to her experience in the energy, construction, corporate, and commercial law fields, Binnur has extensive experience in employment law and leads the employment law department at SSI. She provides legal advice to employers from different sectors on a wide range of employment law matters, including hiring, termination, disciplinary procedures, employment contracts, policies, and procedures.

 

Binnur also provides legal consultancy to her clients in capital market related transactions including IPOs.
