Yağız Örskıran completed his high-school education in Turkey after returning from the city of Dallas in U.S.A. where he went as an exchange student, and then, graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law, and joined Ozay Law Firm in 2018.

Yağız Örskıran provides advise in fields of intellectual property law and criminal law as well as in dispute resolution and mainly in individual and collective labor law. Yağız Örskıran who also provides services to our clients in preparing and revising intellectual property law and labour law contracts joins collective labour agreement negotiations of our clients with trade unions and provides support in strike procedures to the extent required.

Yağız Örskıran executes compliance projects of our clients jointly with their related departments, and gives trainings. At the same time, Yağız conducts legal evaluations in the process of transitioning to new working models of the companies which result from the gig economy and conducts the processes of transition to these working models.
