Joining the firm in 2018, Büşra has demonstrated extensive proficiency in real estate and construction law, as well as corporate and commercial law. Her practice areas encompass real estate, construction, lease, zoning, energy, tourism and retail law. Büşra advises clients on a broad range of legal matters and transactions including investment and acquisition structuring, project development, and matters related to construction, design, engineering, and public-private partnership contracts, as well as real estate-driven M&As.
Büşra's legal acumen has been instrumental in guiding both domestic and international clients through complex transactions and projects.
Educated at Istanbul Bilgi University School of Law, Büşra is fluent in English and Turkish.
