Associate - Corporate Law and Commercial Litigation Department

We are currently looking for a Junior Associate to join our Corporate Law and Commercial Litigation Department.

The role offers very diverse practice areas and opportunities for professional self-improvement, as well as the chance to be part of a friendly, well-structured team.


Qualifications

— Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable university, LL.M. degree is an asset.

— Minimum 1-2 years of post-qualification experience excluding the legal internship.

— Experience in Criminal Law and Consumer Law. Also experience in Contract Law, Employment Law and Law of Obligations is an asset.

— Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

— Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, both in English and Turkish.

— Proficiency in MS Office applications, UYAP and preferably Attornaid.

— Commitment to continuous learning and self-development.

— Ability to research and follow-up with analysis and reporting skills.

— Ability to meet deadlines consistently and manage time efficiently.

— Strong work ethic and integrity.

— No military obligation for male candidates is preferred.

— No restriction to travel.


Job Description

— Providing day-to-day legal assistance as requested by the business units of the clients.

— Representing clients before the courts, prosecution offices and administrative authorities.

— Participating in drafting, reviewing and executing various types of agreements, policies, procedures, notices.

— Conducting legal research for advisory matters.

Please note that the position is located in Maslak, Sarıyer/İstanbul, Park Plaza. After the first 6 (six) months of employment, hybrid work model will be adopted.
