Birkay Garip graduated from Istanbul University. After his graduation, he started his legal internship at the Istanbul Bar Association.
Birkay provides legal services to insurance companies to handle insurance claims related to all types of third party coverage, including construction all-risk, installation all-risk, employer's liability and general liability coverage disputes.
His practice also includes the resolution of insurance claims through conciliation or mediation agreements and/or other alternative dispute resolution.
During her education, Av. Birkay Garip took part in many social responsibility projects and law certificate programs. Birkay has been working at Durukan Law Office since 2023.
