Zeynep Özsoy is working as a senior manager at DL Attorneys at Law. Zeynep has experience in working with clients from various industries: pharmaceutical, manufacturing, energy, consumer products, technology, transportation, insurance, textile, maritime, automotive, real estate & construction.
Zeynep’s practice mainly concentrates on corporate and commercial law issues with a focus on M&A and corporate governance. She was involved in various M&A projects, advised on shareholders’ disputes and other corporate matters such as reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts including but not limited to shareholder’s agreements, option agreements, share purchase agreements, due diligence reports, implementation of the required administrative formalities, and legal audits.
