NSN Law Firm is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join our Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences Law, Data Protection Law, and Anti-Corruption & Compliance Practice Groups.
Qualifications
- ▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university,
- ▪️ Master degree is considered an asset,
- ▪️ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably within top-tier law firms serving corporate clients,
- ▪️ Experience in data protection and contracts is required,
- ▪️ Experience in regulatory and compliance matters is preferrable,
- ▪️ Experience in drafting, reviewing, revising and negotiating complex contracts,
- ▪️ Strong research and analytical skills,
- ▪️ Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) with excellent legal drafting skills, (Candidates must provide an English proficiency document, with a minimum IELTS score of 7.5 or equivalent),
- ▪️ Excellent command of MS Office applications,
- ▪️ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment,
- ▪️ Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organizational and follow-up skills,
- ▪️ Highly disciplined, proactive, and results-oriented, with a business-centric approach,
- ▪️ Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in a team-based setting, showing excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- ▪️ Strong presentation skills and the confidence to engage directly with clients,
- ▪️ A commitment to continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with emerging legal trends and regulatory changes,
- ▪️ Bar admission in Turkey.
Key Responsibilities
- ▪️ Draft, review, and negotiate critical legal documents, including a wide range of agreements, pleadings, opinions both in Turkish and English,
- ▪️ Provide legal advice on the client’s business activities on Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences Law, Data Protection Law, and Anti-Corruption & Compliance,
- ▪️ Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis,
- ▪️ Draft and review legal and compliance documents,
- ▪️ Following up latest developments in both international and domestic regulations and legislations applicable to the client’s major activities, and draft timely legal alerts and briefs.
