Aksu Çalışkan Beygo Attorney Partnership is seeking an exceptional lawyer to join its Corporate and Capital Markets Department.
The ideal candidate is expected to have experience between 2 to 4 years as an associate with a respectable law firm or as an in-house counsel to a reputable company and will be eager to join a sophisticated and thriving practice.
The ideal candidate is expected to have experience advising on all aspects of corporate matters particularly on;
— Advising the clients on corporate matters such as general assembly and board meetings, incorporation of companies, amendment of articles of associations etc.
— Capital markets law related works including initial public offerings (IPOs), advising intermediary firms on a retainer basis,
— Drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts such as procurement, consultancy, confidentiality agreements, etc.
LLM degree or equivalent degree from another jurisdiction preferred but not required. Inter-personal skills, together with high attention to detail and an ability to work as part of a team is also important.
Qualifications
— Good prioritization and time-management skills,
— Excellent command in English (IELTS 7.0 or higher),
— Team player, ability and willingness to adapt to a fast paced working environment.
