Aksu Çalışkan Beygo Attorney Partnership is seeking an exceptional lawyer to join its Corporate and M&A Department.
The ideal candidate is expected to have experience between 4 to 6 years as an associate with a respectable law firm or as an in-house counsel to a reputable company and will be eager to join a sophisticated and thriving practice.
The ideal candidate is expected to have experience advising on all aspects of corporate matters particularly on;
• Mergers and Acquisitions,
• General Corporate Advisory, and
• Capital markets law related works including initial public offerings (IPOs)
LLM degree or equivalent degree from another jurisdiction preferred but not required. Inter-personal skills, together with high attention to detail and an ability to work as part of a team is also important.
Qualifications
• Good prioritization and time-management skills,
• Excellent command in English (IELTS 7.0 or higher),
• Team player, ability and willingness to adapt to a fast paced working environment.
