We are looking for a Junior Intellectual Property Attorney to join our dynamic team at Aksoy IP.
Qualifications
- Law degree from a reputable university.
- Admission to the Ankara Bar Association.
- 1-2 years of relevant legal experience in intellectual property law.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interest in newly developed technologies.
- A strong commitment to continuous professional growth and improvement as an IP attorney.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to assist with various matters, including:
- Conducting legal research on a wide range of IP issues.
- Filing IP rights with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.
- Drafting opposition and response petitions for IP filings before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.
- Drafting notifications and petitions for IP-related disputes and lawsuits.
- Attending hearings as part of litigation and dispute resolution processes.
- Drafting agreements related to IP matters, with a particular focus on copyrights.
- Authoring articles on relevant IP topics.
