Ericsson is growing! We are now looking for Legal Graduate in Turkey to start in Feb/March 2024.
We are looking for a graduate who has the following:
- — Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- — Should have graduated in 2021/2022/2023
- — Completed the 1-year mandatory advocacy training
- — Candidate should not have more than 1 year work experience after their mandatory advocacy training.
- — Native Turkish speaker, fluent in written and spoken English, French fluency would be an advantage
As part of this program you will work with legal counsel colleagues and will
- — Assist with or under guidance draw up and/or comment on multitude contracts, as required by internal clients in connection with their respective business
- — Assist legal counsel to draft and review agreements and other legal documents such as power of attorneys, notifications, letters to be sent to authorities
- — Assist with any legal related/ administration activities, including research and seeking legal opinions
- — Assist with document handling and supervision (board resolutions, power of attorneys, contracts,)
- — Assist with coordinating external law firms, organizing the data gathered from relevant departments related to litigation cases, preparation of litigation reports.
- — Assist with and under guidance handle entity governance and issues related to entities.

- — Understanding of Law, Contract Law, Corporate Governance, legal systems and international contractual principles and fundamentals of dispute resolution before the courts.
