Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Corporate & Compliance junior team, ensuring the delivery of top-tier legal solutions and client satisfaction.
- Provide expert legal advice in corporate governance, compliance, and related practice areas.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to ensure well-informed decision-making.
- Represent the firm and its clients in negotiations, legal proceedings, forums, etc.
- Engage in client relationship management and business development activities.
Job Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience as a practicing lawyer with a demonstrable track record in corporate law and compliance matters.
- Member of the Turkish Bar Association with a valid license
- Proven team management experience with the ability to foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Technical knowledge and the confidence to represent clients in related practice areas
- Excellent command of written and spoken English to IELTS/TOEFL standards. Knowledge of another language is also desirable but not essential.
- An outgoing attitude with strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn
