Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Corporate & Compliance junior team, ensuring the delivery of top-tier legal solutions and client satisfaction.
• Provide expert legal advice in corporate governance, compliance, and related practice areas.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to ensure well-informed decision-making.
• Represent the firm and its clients in negotiations, legal proceedings, forums, etc.
• Engage in client relationship management and business development activities.

Job Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience as a practicing lawyer with a demonstrable track record in corporate law and compliance matters.
• Member of the Turkish Bar Association with a valid license
• Proven team management experience with the ability to foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Technical knowledge and the confidence to represent clients in related practice areas
• Excellent command of written and spoken English to IELTS/TOEFL standards. Knowledge of another language is also desirable but not essential.
• An outgoing attitude with strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn
