Qualifications
- ◼ Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable university, LL.M. degree is an asset.
- ◼ Minimum 4-6 years of post-qualification experience excluding the legal internship.
- ◼ Experience in Contracts Law, Dispute Resolution and Insurance Litigation is an asset.
- ◼ Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- ◼ Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, both in English and Turkish.
- ◼ Proficiency in MS Office applications, UYAP and preferably Attornaid.
- ◼ Commitment to continuous learning and self-development.
- ◼ Ability to research and follow-up with analysis and reporting skills.
- ◼ Ability to meet deadlines consistently and manage time efficiently.
- ◼ Strong work ethic and integrity.
- ◼ No military obligation for male candidates is preferred.
- ◼ No restriction to travel.
Job Description
- ◼ Providing day-to-day legal assistance as requested by the business units of the clients.
- ◼ Representing clients before the courts, prosecution offices and administrative authorities.
- ◼ Participating in drafting, reviewing and executing various types of agreements, policies, procedures, notices.
- ◼ Conducting legal research for advisory matters.
