ASC Law is looking for a skilled Senior Associate to join our Corporate and M&A Department. Candidates should have 6 to 8 years of post-qualification experience from a reputable international or domestic law firm, or a distinguished multinational corporation.
Responsibilities
- You will advise significant clients on complex corporate issues, focusing on:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (including cross-border and regulated transactions)
- General Corporate Advisory, governance, and strategic structuring. Strong interpersonal abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a cooperative mindset are crucial.

- Exceptional skills in prioritization and time management
- Proficient in English (IELTS 7.5 or above)
