She has significant experience in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, with an emphasis on private equity transactions, and advises various sector leader clients and private equity funds, such as Turkven, Mediterra Private Equity and Bunzl.
Gökçe has represented various domestic and international clients and private equity funds in connection with the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of transaction agreements, including share purchase, option, pledge, escrow and shareholders agreements. Her M&A experience includes a variety of transaction types involving joint ventures and private companies active in different sectors, such as food production, insurance, manufacturing and technology.
