We are looking for mid-level and senior associates to join our team with a focus on real estate, banking, and infrastructure projects. In this role, you will support our clients – both domestic and international – across a wide range of complex and high-value transactions and advisory work.
Main responsibilities
- Advising clients on regulatory, contractual, and transactional matters across real estate, banking, and infrastructure projects
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating project documents, financing agreements, lease and sale agreements, and related contracts
- Supporting major infrastructure and real estate development projects through all legal stages
- Advising on banking and finance structures, security arrangements, and compliance with local regulatory frameworks
- Collaborating with cross-practice teams on multi-jurisdictional transactions and strategic deals
- Providing pragmatic and solution-oriented legal support to our clients in fast-paced and high-stakes environments
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
- Law degree from a faculty of law; an LL.M. in a relevant field is a plus
- 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal role
- Demonstrated experience in real estate transactions, banking & finance, and/or infrastructure projects
- Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team
