Aysu Eren Yüce primarily provides legal consultancy to both local and multinational clients in Contract Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Labor Law, Copyright Law, Personal Data and Protection Law, as well as representing clients in Dispute Resolution before administrative authorities and participates in litigation processes. She takes an active role in the execution of litigation and other legal processes regarding employee-employer relations of client companies, and takes part in the preparation of documents related to Corporate Law and corporate governance processes. After incorporation, she also addresses issues that arise during the daily operations of client companies and their branches, including the Trade Registry practices related to the internal functioning of these companies, all personal data protection compliance projects in compliance with personal data protection legislation, and she provides legal consultancy on all issues related to personal data protection legislation.
