Mr. Bora Başkurt is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance, M&A, and Energy practice areas of Hergüner Bilgen Üçer. Mr. Başkurt has experience in multiple practice areas with a particular focus on M&A and Banking and Finance transactions. The range of his experience has been particularly instrumental in complex and multi-dimensional transactions where the M&A, Capital Markets and Banking and Finance experience are required.
Mr. Başkurt received his LL.M. degree from Georgetown University. He is also a member of the New York Bar Association and has prior experience working for the World Bank in Washington, DC.
