Gizem Tuğçe Erol
mainly provides consultancy in the fields of Labor and Social Security Law,
Lease and Real Estate Law, as well as Insurance Law and Arbitration, and also
provides litigation services to clients in dispute resolution processes.
Within the scope of Labor Law, she also provides support in the execution of
legal processes in cases of labor claims, reemployment lawsuits and claims for
compensation arising from work accidents, resolution of disputes in
employee-employer relations and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. In
the fields of Lease and Real Estate Law, she provides consultancy to clients regarding the actions to be taken, with information and training, in
order to prepare lease agreements, carry out real estate purchase and sale
transactions and comply with the legislation. She also takes part in the
execution of arbitration processes, especially within the scope of Insurance Law,
and represents clients in judicial authorities.
