Mısra is an associate at SSI and works in the field of employment law, social security laws, health and safety regulations and corporate governance issues and provides legal consultancy services to clients operating in different sectors in all their employment-related matters, revises and comments on various kinds of documents, from employment contracts to workplace procedures, advises on disciplinary measures, hiring and termination procedures.
Mısra pursues compliance processes of employers with the employment regulations and occupational health and safety law. She is also working in the mediation negotiations and employment cases.
In addition to her employment law specialization, Mısra also works in drafting and revising a variety of commercial contracts and handles daily corporate transactions of companies.
