Hande graduated from Baskent University in 2002 with a scholarship. She started her career at one of the leading law offices in Istanbul and kept working in the same office until 2010 where she was a partner when she left. In 2011 she commenced her own practice. She successfully completed the Executive MBA program of Koc University in 2015.
Hande has provided legal services to a broad range of international and domestic corporate clients from different industries on many areas of law, but primarily on restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance. Additionally, by providing legal services to many family owned companies, Hande Aykut has strengthen her expertise in M&A transactions and she has gained extensive expertise in shareholders disputes throughout her career.
