Aksu Çalışkan Beygo Attorney Partnership is seeking an outstanding associate to join its Banking and Finance Department.
The preferred candidate should possess a minimum 5 years of experience as an associate at a medium / large law firm or as an in-house counsel to a reputable company. They should demonstrate a keen interest in becoming a part of a sophisticated and thriving practice.
The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in advising on various aspects of Banking and Finance matters, with a particular focus on:
- Refinance, Project Financing and general banking/lending,
- Capital markets law, including initial public offerings (IPOs), and
- Handling Project documents including construction agreements, implementation agreements and other dealings with public authorities.
While having an LLM degree or an equivalent degree from another jurisdiction is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. Strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively as a team member are also essential qualities sought in the candidate.
